Cancellation Policy

At Blue Sky Laser & Tox, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure we can best serve all our patients, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to appointments are made with advance notice. This helps us to offer available times to patients on our waiting list and allows us to make the most of our schedule to serve everyone.

To make it easier for you to remember your appointment, we send friendly reminders 72 hours, 48 hours, and 24 hours beforehand. However, if you do need to reschedule or cancel, please keep the following in mind:

• Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $50.

• Same-day cancellations, changes, or no-shows will incur a fee of $100.
