Product Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare product purchase, we offer returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original packaging. 

Please Note:

• We cannot accept returns on any opened or used products.

• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Services & Prepayments

Due to the nature of our treatments and services, we do not offer refunds on any services that have been provided. Additionally, all prepayments (including deposits) are non-refundable. We encourage clients to discuss any concerns or questions with our team before booking a treatment to ensure the best possible experience.
